I found the Winamp plugin doesn't allow me to decode the .tak back to .wav, is there any library that I can make use of (either Winamp or Foobar2000) which can decode .tak back to .wav ?

Foobar's built in converter can convert taks to wavs (or any other format you have the executable of)
