Tool to create graphic representions of audio data?

Are there any tool that is able to create a graphic file based on analysis of a wav file? I'm primarily interrested in spectral frequency analysis the same way that Audition shows it.

Also I'm interrested in a graphical represention of the volume curve.

Commandline tools are preffered, but if theres a way to do this with a batch tool, it's just as good.
Can't wait for a HD-AAC encoder :P
