Searching for a foobar skin

Hey guys, I've recently found a nice skin on a Screenshot and would like to know if someone can tell me how to get this one!

Hmm I'm quite sure I saw this one back in the PanelsUI rave-days... I could be wrong though - PanelsUI didn't offer transparency through it's own background, did it?
Can't wait for a HD-AAC encoder :P

^No. But you could Glass the whole window and make your glass transparent.

But who's to says that's the desktop, anyways.
