Verified components for foobar2000, List and descriptions v0.9 components Options

As the wanted list spins off we need a list to fill with working 0.9 components.

The point here is to keep a clean thread with only component information, all other posts will be removed. Discussions about threadcontent should go elsewhere.

One post per plugin and update and keep it healthy

other: RM-X supports its own plugin interface. RM-X plugins may be compiled in older versions of Visual Studio (such as 6.0). This may be an option for those that wish to use older development tools and still interact with the basic playback functionality of foobar2000.
