EAC WAV Compare

I'm using EAC v1.0 beta 3. When I compare two wav files I get the following error message:

QUOTE
681 repeated samples 0:00:00:088


What are these repeated samples and position? Can I cut off one WAV file to make it equal to the second WAV file somehow?

Most probably this is "offset".
You can fix it with WAVTools ( http://www.moitah.net/download/latest/WAVTools.zip ) or CUETools
