Remember window positions

Hello,

from 0.7b38 up to 0.7b40 foobar2000 doesn't save the position of the window (minimized or not).

i played with the options and found out that it only appears if the check "Minimize to systray" is enabled.

But it's boring because i like to minimize in the systray...
