preview function

Hi Peter,

what do you think about a preview function for tracks? (rightclick - preview)

Currently I'm using something like "mppdec --start -20 --dur 15 --prev --gain 3 *.mpc" to listen to the tracks of one album very fast. I'd love to see that implemented in foobar, maybe with two options for "start from" and "duration" in the configuration (in seconds and percent).

Opinions?
