What decides what goes on the components page?

I notice there are a lot more components listed in the wiki than on the component page. Why is this? Why is, for example, foo_w7shell not included?

it's purely up to component authors. anyone can register to use the official site.

notably components that are proven to be stable, well built, etc end up on the component page.

So there is a process developers must go through to be able to have access.

Some authors have chosen not to be part of this repository. And at least one author has some but not all:
