Site tweak for performance, might cause issues with attachments and IE Options

Hi all,

I've made a small tweak to the server config that will improve performance for most users of Internet Explorer, but was initially turned off because of an issue with attachments and Internet Explorer.

I'm turning it back on on the assumption that IE has since been fixed. If attachments broke for you since the time of this post, please report here!

If you are using Internet Explorer 6, please try this fix and report if it resolves the problem:
