I'm trying to convert flac to mp3. I'm not familiar with the foobar converter with the -S and %d. I want to add replaygain with lame. Would this be the proper setting? -S -V 0 --vbr-new --replaygain-accurate - %d or do I need to re-arrange anything?

That won't work, because foobar2000 removes any tags on the resulting file and overwrites them with the tags from the input files. Sans ReplayGain tags when converting to a lossy format.
