Hi there.
Is it possible to configure the playback buffer on foobar2000? I'd like to set a custom buffer for local files (flac, mp3, aac, ...) and set a custom buffer for streams. Thanks. |

Buffering is at Preferences > Playback > Output
Network buffering is at Preferences > Networking -------------------- This signature apparently isn't too long.

Oh, thanks!
I missed them. They were right there. Sorry for this newbie question. I set the local file buffer to 30s (max allowed) to reduce the disk reading and so it's temperature (too high). I also found this extra tweak in advanced. fb2k allows buffering the whole file in memory up to XX Kb. Thanks again! This post has been edited by Azevedo: Feb 2 2013, 23:47 |
