Autocopy/Autoconvert when added to Playlist, How to?

Right now I use foo_plorg to organize my music into playlists. I have a 5 Star rating autoplaylist and a group of playlists by genre. I occasionally run File Operations to copy everything but FLAC to a folder on my hard-drive and File Convert to copy all the FLAC files to a playlist folder on my hard-drive. Is there any way to automate this? That would be awesome as syncing music to my phone would be a breeze.
