An applet better than Sound reality Control Panel for Windows XP?

I am not sure what bit depth Sound Reality instructs an external ADC to adopt when 96 kHz is chosen?  Does it stay at 16 bits?  Does it automatically bump to 24 bits if 96 and 192 kHz are chosen?

This applet does not offer 88.2 and 176.2 either.

Does anyone know a similar type of applet with more dexterity for Windows XP?
