edcast v3 crashing on startup.

Windows 7 64bit, foobar1.1.11, edcast_foobar_3.1.21

I have installed and reinstalled edcast a couple times now. I can add it to the Active DSP list. When I close and relauch foobar i see the edcast window popup for a split second and disappear. No errors. Going back to the DSP Manager it shows in the Active DSP list but I can't access the edcast window to configure or do anything with it. Please help.
