Preserve directory structure when converting

Is there a command line to use when converting with fb2k to preserve the source's directory structure?  For example, I don't normally keep separate folders for disc 1 and disc 2 in dual disc folders in my music directory.  Because fb2k picks it up as a differently titled album, each disc gets it's own folder.  Here's the command I'm currently using:

%artist% - %date% - %album%\%artist% - %album% - %tracknumber% - %title%

Thanks!  I guess my search wasn't smart enough!

It seem that starts with the root directory (ie C: drive). Is there anyway to make it begin in the actual directory?

Replace C: with your actual directory path in the string.
