I happen to have a ZIP with the same name I got a while ago (not sure if it is the exact same one as the dead link). Includes the files enc_lame.dll and lame_enc.dll version 1.26, engine 3.90 MMX. Winamp2 does not recognize and I can't even tell if this is made for Winamp, or Winamp3 or what.

those dlls are for the new cdripper function of winamp 2.92rc1 and 2.95
you can find it under media library > devices > cd x: > extract cd enable digital extraction in the cd/line-in plugin (no secure ripping supported) copy the dlls into the \winamp\plugins\ directory, --alt-presets are NOT supported get those leaked winamp versions at http://www.winampheaven.net/ |
