This happens on mine too (WinVista,Classic Theme) too. Seems to only happen when music is playing on tabs where theres either a ton of text or the text is real large. More like a blink on mine tho. Might be some components, tho it's weird that it's just on tabs with a lot or large text (such as console or this tab I got with textdisplay compo that has a huge dingbat on it).
