Not sure if this is a Windows 7 question or a fb2k question... When I convert a file, the resulting file doesn't inherit the parent directory rights correctly. I have it set so that my MUSIC directory has full read/write rights for 'Everyone'. This gets dropped from the newly created file and I have to manually change the rights. What is really strange is that when I convert a large folder full of files, some of them DO have the correct rights settings, but the rest have to be tweaked.
Is this something inherent in the way fb2k is creating the file, or is it an issue with something I don't have set correctly in Windows 7 (64-bit, btw). Thanks This post has been edited by badfeet: Apr 18 2012, 23:08 |
