[TOS #8 TROLLING] From: Need Clarification on TOS8

Actually TOS#8 means that we cannot talk about audio at all.
Any audio quality statement discussion needs to be comparative. That requires "proving", and that is impossible to be done in this field, because human hearing is not an exact process. Is not 1+1=2.

Example: Let's suppose I say that DAC chip #1 sounds better that DAC chip #2. Maybe because one is an expensive multibit delta-sigma and the other is a cheaper single-bit delta sigma. There are statements from manufacturer that claim improvements (one is called "Highest Performance", the other is not), there are white papers written by specialists in the field that claim advantages of the multibit DS method over the single bit DS. The data sheets show differences in measurements - measurements that are accepted by the whole industry as being relevant (SNR, DNR, THD).
But those are not enough here. Because none of those are "uncontroversial". Only the "everything sounds the same" is safe and acceptable.

I cannot even tell you how I learned that, because another TOS prohibits that.

Until it is proven otherwise with valid evidence? Yes. All the time? Nonsense.

Stop misrepresenting this site and its rules simply because you have some grudge against them. I guess that’s because you haven’t been able to achieve such evidence for all the differences you think you notice. So, because it’s inconceivable that you could be in the wrong, and/or providing evidence is just too much work, there must be a huge conspiracy against you and your fellow courageous freethinkers, right? No.
