Neroaacenc.exe

Newbie here. I'm trying to convert a FLAC file to AAC. The FAQs say I need to download neroaacenc.exe, but I can't find this anywhere. I don't find it at RareWares or anywhere else on the web, so I've hit a dead end. Anyone know where this is, or another solution. I appreciate the help.

google's first result for "neroaacenc.exe"

how you couldn't find that, i don't know.

it would seem you need to enter an email address to activate the download button though. but everyone has junk accounts they can use for this type of thing, don't they?

Thanks for the help. I did find that site, but thought it wasn't working. Didn't realize they required the email. I feel a bit foolish, but appreciate the reply. All is working now!

I use Pioneer Car-Stereo (USB input), unfortunately some files convert with Nero AAC can not be read.
I prefer QuickTime AAC encoder, and "qtaacenc" work flawlessly in Foobar.
