Custom Playlist [now has] Wrong Drive Letter, Can I swap drive letter?

Hey guys, I've used Foobar for a while now, but pretty much stock out of box.

I have a clone of my music drive at work.  And while at the office, I built a custom playlist.

However, the drive letter is different (E: at home, D: at work).
I tried opening up the playlist at home, and it obviously didn't work.
I tried a simple notepad open and it seems like it's just a plain-text file in the contents.

I did a find/replace all with D: to E:, and then saved it back to the original format.
However, once loaded back into foobar, it doesn't work.

Just wondering if anybody have some suggestions for me to figure this out?

thanks!
