None of the metadata is shown, and when I click on properties there is a "location" section and a "general section", both are blank. This is on all the files I have tested, I've tried several of different formats. I cannot observe any instability. I even killed the process and started in safe mode. The bug still manifests for me. I'm not sure what other information would be helpful. |

that report is for my computer at work, it works fine on my home computer: windows 7 home premium sp1 64bit. Clearly something very edge-case is happening on the work comp. Of course would love to get it figured out but if you guys can't reproduce the issue I don't know how you'd tackle it. Unless you wanna give me the source code.

How are you loading files into foobar? If you can, post screencaps of your main foobar window and the 2 properties tabs.

Tracked down the problem to AppData\Roaming\foobar2000\configuration\core.cfg
Replaced it with one from a clean install and I'm up & working now. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/92066158/core.bad.cfg I have no idea how it got into a bad state, I certainly haven't done any manual tinkering. |
