Dolby Digital

will the files encoded in the Dolby digital plus will have the same extention as .ac3
how to distinguish
How is the metadata (artist,track..) stored in the .ac3 extention files

DTS
the same questions hold for .dts files
How is the metadata (artist,track..) stored in the .dts extention files

Decoders will distinguish what kind of file it is. There is no metadata like artist, track, etc. It's audio meant for movies, not music libraries.
