My MIDI's are doubling in duration (MAKE IT STOP!)

Hi guys, I'm not sure if this is the right section for a troubleshoot, but I'm having a bit of a problem. I'm playing midi's in foobar 2000 with the midi decoder and for some strange reason, some (if not all) of my midi's will somehow double in duration. A prime example is GRABBAG.MID: when I first installed foobar on my computer, it played at it's normal 1:03 duration, but then out of the blue it it will more than double to a 2:08 duration.

The purpose of this post is to find out why foobar2000 doing this, and how can I stop it?

The default setting for the MIDI decoder is to loop files with a loop point twice when playing. You can change this option in Advanced -> Playback -> MIDI Decoder -> Playback timing when loops present -> Loop count.

I do not know if this value was different in previous versions or if the option was added since you started using the component.

The option was added some time ago, but really made to function within the last few months or more. If you don't like looped files to loop, set the loop count to one and the fade duration to zero, and they will abruptly cut off instead of looping.
