Increase system volume after maxing foobar volume

I keep system volume at normal level but sometimes leave it at minimum.
I have a remote with Vol+, Vol- buttons, however, foobar only changes its own volume.
Is there a plugin that would increase system volume level when trying to increase it past maximum foobar level?
