No "metadata" in Vorbis File

Hello,

I have captured streams from several Vorbis Icecast sources that provide artist and track info (I can see this info when I play their live streams in VLC), but when I use an editor to split the captured file into tracks, there is no track information. I don't have this problem with MP3 streams from Icecast. Can anyone suggest what might be going wrong?

The problem is that your editor isn't moving the info over.
