Frank Klemm's MPPdec is a fast command-line MPC (MP+/MPEGplus) decoder with extensive features, including realtime playback, HTTP streaming, true 32-bit output, dithering and noise shaping.

Thanks - I think I've finally gotten some optimizations that work well without introducing any distortion, but I'll try to make it even faster for the next version.
