Why shortcut keys continue to work while foobar minimized? This is causing confusion. Is this a bug?

A running foobar2000 instance will catch global keyboard shortcuts even if it is minimized/out of focus. See the foobar2000 keyboard shortcuts entry on the wiki for further explanations regarding keyboard shortcuts.
