Configuring MOTU 828mkII and Steinbergs NUENDO 3.0

Hi,
I just bought a MOTU 828mkII, and Steinbergs NUENDO 3.0. I have a major problem...I wanna configure it all at best of performance. My PC is a Windows XP system on an Athlon 64 2.4 Ghz 2 GB RAM 256 MB Video Card and I think that is all that might change anything. I wanna know exactly what Firewire drivers to use and all...and how to configure NUENDO with my MOTU so that I can record guitars, voice and all analog imputs...and then also hoe to configure MIDI thru the MOTU into NUENDO...PLEASE HELP ME
