CD, Cassette, LP album versions

I was doing some conversions of some albums on tape & LP and I'm wondering what to do with some of the extra and or different tracks that appear on the same album but for the different formats.

I generally store albums
[Artist]/[Artist] - [Year] - [Album]/[Track] - [Title]

For example
The Cure/The Cure - 1979 - Boys Don't Cry/01 - Boys Don't Cry.mp3 (CD & cassette)

However on the Cassette version of the Album there exist 2 extra tracks which are not on the CD version;

The Cure/The Cure - 1979 - Boys Don't Cry/05 - Object.mp3 (Cassette - Side A)
The Cure/The Cure - 1979 - Boys Don't Cry/12 - World War.mp3 (Cassette - Side B )

As well there is one track on the CD which is not on the cassette version

The Cure/The Cure - 1979 - Boys Don't Cry/05 - So What.mp3 (CD only)

I don't even want to look at the LP

Just wanted to see how others deal with these differences in albums? Some albums i got very used to listening to on LP and cassette and its odd now listening to the same album with different or missing tracks.

if possible I would like to develop a system to include the different versions but obviously without keeping doubles or triples for each version - any ideas?

Thanks

I guess this is very individual, but I would advocate just keeping the doubles or triples if you can save the space. Aside from the different tracks appearing, there might be mastering differences (not to speak of recording differences when you transfer) making the LP version of one track stand out a lot from the CD version of the rest.

Then just use different directories for the different versions
