Flac file repair

Is there a way to repair flac files?  I have some that won't decompress back to wav.  In this instance I don't have the source media, otherwise I'd just re-rip them.

Depends on the error.  You can use "flac -d -F" when decoding to continue decoding through frame errors.  If errors are in the metadata there are some metaflac options for that.

I plan to eventually have a general repair utility.
