MUSHRA anchor scoring

If you perform a MUSHRA test and a subject scores one of the test files lower than the hidden anchor, are you supposed to reject the subject's score for that particular trial? Or are you only supposed to reject if they score the hidden reference lower than the hidden anchor?

My setup: 10 trials with each trial having:
1 ref
1 hidden ref
1 hidden anchor
1 test file A
1 test file B
