raw PCM data recovery

I'm posting a new topic i'm sorry if i'm spamming but it's urgent.

So if anyone can help me out to find a way to restore from a file that is contaning raw PCM data

i need to converted it somehow in this position:

Audio : Mono, 80 Kbps, 10000 Hz, 1 channels, 0x1 = MS PCM, , , Supported
