WTV audio extraction

I was wondering if anybody knew how to extract audio (preferably losslessly) from WTV files.

In windows 7 you can right click and convert til dvr-ms.
Then convert to mpg with DVRMSToolbox or videoredo.
DGIndex --> file --> demux audio only stream.
