Request for a couple of LAME options Options

Would it be possible to have an option to write LAME's computed ReplayGain values to TXXX REPLAYGAIN_TRACK_GAIN and REPLAYGAIN_TRACK_PEAK frames? It doesn't make much sense to be able to accurately compute these values and then not have a simple means of making them available to many applications. Many applications will read TXXX ReplayGain frames.

Also, an option to copy the file modification time of WAV input files. It would make library transcoding so much easier and negate the need to 'touch' files to copy FLAC (for instance) mtimes to the resulting MP3 files. A nice thing about flace.exe decoding is that the resulting WAV file has the same mtime as the FLAC. It would be helpful if LAME were able to do the same when encoding.
