RSS Feed Won't Work

Hi.

I have a netvibes account and the RSS Feed for Hydrogenaudio posts doesn't work. The feed is:http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?act=rssout&id=2

Is the feed down?

http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?act=rssout&id=2 works fine here, apparently.
