Windows 7 AAC winamp input plugin wanted

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I'm looking for a developer who can create a Winamp compatible input plugin utilizing Windows 7's Microsoft foundation classes with AAC decoding support.  I'll mention why on application.  Time will be compensated.  If you are intersted or know someone who might be, please reply to email below.
