Repair AAC header (length info)?

I grabbed someone's guitar demonstration from youtube, and demuxed the .flv with the FLV Extract utility for portable use, rather than bringing an FLV player with me. Turns out there is no info on length or bitrate. Is there any simple utility which fixes headers?

Maybe you just need to add it to a mp4 container.

Mp4box should do that easily
Can't wait for a HD-AAC encoder :P

Don't worry about it, I used to fall into that trap too.
