in short. it's an irregular Cuesheet generated by EAC in order to burn the gaps properly.
You can't burn it with Nero Try. burnatonce or Burrrn These two apps can burn these cuesheets -------------------- "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted, then used against you."

Which option was used in EAC to generate this cue sheet?
"multiple files with gaps (noncompliant)" cannot be used with nero; only EAC. |

What does Nero says?
What are these index-0 lines in tracks 11 and 12? "INDEX 00 04:15:40" "INDEX 00 02:29:43" They make no sense, I think. Edit: OK, non-compliant cuesheets. how do I set up EAC to make compliant cuesheets? or better, what is the advantage of these cuesheets? This post has been edited by minix: Jun 7 2003, 16:25 |

QUOTE (porsche~lover @ Jun 7 2003 - 10:27 AM) problem solved.. Anything you say will be misquoted, then used against you."

QUOTE (minix @ Jun 7 2003 - 10:22 AM) what is the advantage of these cuesheets? you get to keep the pregaps in the end of the previous track and then burn them to the cd correctly. if you use cds with pregaps (negative indexes) the pregaps must be before the track in order to burn them correctly using a standard cuesheet -------------------- "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted, then used against you."

Yep, I'm silly.
QUOTE non compliant is the most exact i think because it allows every setting of the original to be in the resulting cue sheet (i think) I understand that's not the case. If you want to make a perfect copy it doesn't matter if the cue is compliant or not. But if you're going to play those files, or make MP3s from them, or burning them without cuesheet, then you'll have the pauses at the beginning of the track if you use compliant cuesheets, which is a pain. If I'm not mistaken, a compliant cuesheet would be: TRACK 12 AUDIO TITLE "Criminally Insane (Remix)" PERFORMER "Slayer" FILE "C:\Musepack\CDs\Slayer (1986) Reign In Blood\12 - Criminally Insane (Remix).wav" WAVE INDEX 00 00:00:00 INDEX 01 00:02:00 and the 2 seconds silence would have to be at the beginning of the file. I'd also say that if you use one WAV for all the tracks, you'll have no problem to burn the cuesheet with any program. This post has been edited by minix: Jun 7 2003, 16:53 |
