About playing CUE file

I posted a question here before
http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index....howtopic=12638&
Now I know more about it but still confused.
It is the matter with the setup of Preferences-Core-Sort Income Files By.
I filled it with "[%_directoryname%]|[%_filename%]" coz all my audio files have no tags, and I originize them with foldname and track name.  With this setting, when I load tracks from commandline or albumlist, the playlist is in ascending order, it's what I want. But when I load CUE files, the playlist is disordered.

Then I switch back to default setting, it is:
$if(%album artist%,%album artist%,%artist%) - %album%|$num(%disc%,9)|$num(%tracknumber%,9)|%title%
With this setting, CUE file is loaded in right order. But when I load other albums from commandline or albumlist, the playlist is unsorted!

What should I set the setting to deal with this two cases?
BTW, if my memory is not wrong, the default setting of 0.667 version seems be ok for both cases. I've deleted the old version so I can't take a try.

Anyone can help me on this?
