Duplicateted entries in playlist.

When I add files to the playlist either by right click -> add or drag and drop every file gets added twice. If I right click and select "send to current playlist" I get 1 copy of the songs. "add to current playlist" or "send to new playlist" ends up adding 2 of every song.

Does anyone know how to change/fix this?

Figured it out. Had my audio library and its backup being scanned.
