New home for aacgain and iGain files

The files for aacgain and iGain that were previously located in subdirectories in my wife's Interior Design website have been moved to new subdomains.

The files formerly located at http://altosdesign.com/aacgain can now be found at http://aacgain.altosdesign.com.

The files formerly located at http://altosdesign.com/iGain can now be found at http://igain.altosdesign.com.

My apologies in advance for any confusion created by this move.

Thanks for the heads up, I've updated caudec's README file with the new URL of aacgain.
