Proposals for commandline: silent /addcomponent + associate file types, [Split from beta thread, which is not for unrelated FRs] Options

Proposals:

1. Add silent switch (like /s or /q) to /addcomponent command-line switch, so components can be quickly added from command line.

2. Add switch (like /reg or /assoc) to command-line switches, so associating all supported audio file formats can be quickly made from command line.
Also, adding a parameter in installer.ini to make these file associations once installation of foobar2000 has completed.
