Foo_dop & failure to query SQL post process commands

I have an ipod touch 6th edition, which used to sync perfectly fine with foobar. I recently re-installed Win 7 and foobar, and now when I try to sync I get an error that says: "Failed to query SQL post process commands. Write operations are disabled". Obviously, I have Apple Application Support and Apple Mobile Device Support installed (both extracted from the iTunes v. 9 installer). iPhoneCalc.dll is in the foobar program folder. I did everything the way I had the last time I set this up, but this time it's just not working.  I've spent the last 4 hours installing different versions of the Application Support and Mobile Device Support software (extracted from itunes 9 and itunes 11) as well as looking around Google for help, but so far no luck.

Have I overlooked something? I now have no way to sync my ipod, as foobar is my only music player. When I went to reset my ipod to factory settings in iTunes it insisted upon updating the ipod software to version 1.0.3 or something. I wonder if that could be the issue? I'm not sure how to reset my ipod to the original software version without itunes insisting on updating it, though.
