HI!!
This looks like bug to me. Opening the converter presets manager and loading an existing preset into it, then editing one of it's branches and returning back to the presets manager, the list of presets get miracleously wiped  The strange thing is this only happens with any presets for OggVorbis target. working with any other preset retain the presets list as expected.
