can i synch music from foobar to my portable player?

Check out foo_sendtodevice as long as your player supports MSC (standard USB) connections.  If it is MTP-only, an iPod, or some other device with a proprietary connection protocol (earlier Creative players, maybe?) then I don't think you'll find anything for foobar.  You essentially need a drive letter assigned to the player storage for foo_sendtodevice.  If you have questions about it, I would direct your inquiries to that discussion thread.

Select the tracks and right click->File Operations->Copy to...

It's more easier than "send to device".....have a try~~

AFAIK you can't make real "sync" with foobar. I recommend MS "SyncToy" (free)
