burning .ac3

I have several AC3 6-Channel files, how can I burn them to play in my DVD player (equipped with 5.1)?
Would I just convert to wav then burn with my software?

U can change the header to DD-WAV and burn as a Dolby Digital CD (if your player supports it). Or burn a DVD-Video with the AC3 tracks (but this would be a question for a DVD Authoring forum).
"Screw u guys, I´m going home."

author a DVD and throw the audio you want into a menu structure.
