Auto/Batch Playlist (m3u) creator

I have found lots, BUT none that nest multiple .m3u files in each album folder.

My music folder consists of A LOT of artist>albums. Rather than one mega playlist, i would like each album's folder to have its on .m3u file. Anyone know of a piece of software that will do this?

This has been discontinued, but it was just what i was looking for:
