Some Tracks are added twice

Some tracks, when selected, are added to the playlist twice. It doesn't matter if I select the individual track or the whole album.

What version Foobar2000?
What user Interface?
Etc.  Please read sticky ^^^^

Do you use / have cue files also?

It could be that there are two files of the same song, e.g. one flac and one mp3.

Or may be a tagged cd-image with embedded cuesheet?

Happens on latest stable and beta version, and happened on earlier versions too.
Selected for playing in the View window.

Does not happen for others so please consider taking the time to answer questions of others taking the time to try to help.

What user interface?
Do you have cue files?
