Foobar on droid or iphone ?

The wife has a droid razr and I am looking at an iphone 5c

I'm wondering if foobar can be installed on either one of these so I can just move my playlist on to the phone and take it with me.

I've tried setting up playlists on her droid, but it always scrambles the play order no matter what I do.
